Date : Instructions have a U.S. patent date of August 19, 1919 and January 23, 1923 while the dress looks to be more from the 1930's.
Size : Misses Vintage 16 - Bust 34in./86.36cm ; Waist 28in./71.12cm ; Hips 37in./93.98cm
Condition : Counted and checked - all of the pieces including the instructions are here. There is some wear to the top of the envelope with the very top of the front of it is coming loose.
