Date: Undated, but there are several copyright dates from the 1890's on the front.
Size: Unknown
Condition: Several pieces of the top of the envelope are missing. This is why I do not know the pattern number or size. A portion of the back of the envelope is also missing and the instructions which were on that section is also gone. 4 of the pattern pieces are also missing. They are #2 (shoulder yoke), #4 (long collar), #6 (curved collar) and #9 (stay).

Vintage, one of a kind item. As with all vintage items, slight imperfections are expected. Anything of note will be mentioned.
