Condition: 5 of the 8 pieces for the skirt of the dress (1, 3, 4, 5, and 6) are missing. All of the other pieces and instructions are here. With the diagram on the back of the envelop, it may not be very difficult to substitute the 2, 7 (torn) and 8 pieces which are here for the missing pieces. Envelope has some wear. age discoloration and store stamp.
