Pencil Skirt Outfit with Jacket Brown

Both the skirt and jacket are fully lined. The skirt has a 7in./17.78cm slit in the back to help with walking in this tight skirt. Also has a metal zipper, side closure.

Tailored, with quite a few nice, additional touches - slanted, bound buttonholes, hooks and eyes between the large, black buttons of the jacket, some signs of hand stitching. Altogether, a nicely made and constructed outfit.

• Date : Unknown - but I do not believe it is very old even though it has a slight 1960's look. Until I find some information on Raney's, I would date this suit to the 1980's - 1990's.

• Fabric : Light to medium weight wool with a slight stiffness.
• Condition : Very good. It looks like it has never been worn. A small "x" has been marked on the inside collar.
